- complete 77-test radio regression output;
- complete observation events for those tagged recordings;
- RF-edge, completed-WAV, retroactive, invalidated,
  operator-context, and incident-aggregate Morse determinations;

- the deployed observatory HTML page;

- SHA-256 manifest for every packaged payload file except the manifest itself.

## Excluded

- WAV recordings and raw IQ;
- live SQLite databases and WAL files;
- private notification targets;
- credentials and environment files;
- raw local-model prompts and outputs;
- unrelated system or application logs.

The metadata log retains absolute local recording paths and file sizes so the
packaged evidence can be reconciled with the workstation archive. Its
`audio_included` field is always false.
